CHOOSE YOUR QUEST
Compost is easy to apply, but the quest you choose will have its own set of rules to earn extra lives for your projects.
QUEST 1: Establish a new lawn
Before seeding, mix 1-2 inches of compost with the top 3-5 inches of soil per week. Once seeded, apply ½ inch of the mixture to the surface of the area per week.
QUEST 2: Maintain your lawn
Top with ¼ inch of compost after aerating once or twice per year.
QUEST 3: Flower + Vegetable Gardens
A few weeks prior to planting, apply a mixture of 1-2 inches of compost and 3-5 inches of soil.
